In 1995 Honda announced a new grey colour scheme for the Japanese market, while stating that the main specifications were unchanged. A photograph and a year alone therefore do not tell a bike’s complete story.
Our archive distinguishes manufacture year, current location and origin. Owners describe the colour and the club reviews it; original paint codes need supporting evidence. A repaint is part of an individual bike’s history and should be recorded as such.
